- Single puncture, not multiple
- Tire has good tread remaining
- No sidewall damage
Usually NOT Repairable
- Puncture in the sidewall or shoulder
- Hole larger than 6mm
- Multiple punctures close together
- Worn tread (under 2/32")
- Run-flat driven on flat
- Visible internal damage or bulges

How We Repair a Flat
Remove & Inspect
Wheel removed from vehicle, tire unmounted from the rim, and the puncture located from the inside.
Assess Damage
We check the full tire — not just the puncture — for any internal damage, sidewall issues, or run-flat damage.
Patch & Plug
We use a combined patch-plug repair that seals both the inside and the puncture channel — the industry standard for safety.
Remount & Balance
Tire remounted, filled to spec, and rebalanced if needed.
Reinstall & Torque
Wheel reinstalled and lug nuts torqued to manufacturer specification.
Already Stranded? Here's What to Do
1. Get Off the Road Safely
Pull as far off the shoulder as possible. Turn on hazard lights. If you can't get clear, stay in the vehicle with your seatbelt on and call for help.
2. Assess the Damage
Is the tire completely flat or just low? A nail in the tread with slow pressure loss can often be driven to us at reduced speed — a fully flat tire cannot.
3. Change to Spare or Call
If you have a spare, swap it on and drive to us. If not, call us at +1 (877) 925-7717 and we'll advise.
4. Don't Drive on a Flat
Driving even short distances on a fully flat tire destroys the sidewall and makes repair impossible. Call for a tow if needed.

Run-flat tires that have been driven on while flat typically cannot be repaired safely. We'll assess and advise.
Can you plug a tire from the outside?
No — an outside-only plug is a temporary fix, not a proper repair. We use an internal patch-plug for a safe, lasting repair.
Will a repaired tire be as safe as a new one?
Yes, if properly repaired in the tread area. Sidewall repairs are not safe and we won't do them.
