Shipping Policy

Vertex Tires ships across the Greater Toronto Area and, for select orders, wider Ontario and Canada-wide destinations. Shipping options, timelines, and rates differ depending on whether you're a retail customer or a dealer account holder, as outlined below.

Retail Orders

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery timelines within the GTA are generally 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders outside the GTA may take longer to arrive.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Dealer / Wholesale Orders

Verified dealer accounts benefit from same-day dispatch on orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST, subject to inventory availability. Delivery timelines across the GTA are typically 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Freight and delivery terms for bulk or dealer orders are set out in your dealer account agreement and may differ from the retail terms above. Please contact your account representative for shipment tracking, freight scheduling, or delivery-related questions specific to your dealer account.

General Terms

  • All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vertex Tires is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs processing (for cross-border shipments, if applicable), or other events outside our reasonable control.
  • Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, consistent with our Terms of Service.
  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or if your order is incomplete, contact us immediately at info@vertextires.ca so we can resolve it quickly.
  • Signature may be required on delivery for large or high-value orders (e.g. full sets of tires, wheel/tire packages).
